Heroic Dungeon Factions

Heroic Dungeon access is attunement-style; every party member must have the key.

CENARION EXPEDITION
Where to get it: CF instances to Honored, only Steamvault after Honored.
What it gets you: Heroic Coilfang key at Revered
Quartermaster: Cenarion Refuge, Zangarmarsh

SHA'TAR
Where to get it: Botanica, Mechanar, Arcatraz.
What it gets you: Heroic Tempest Keep key at Revered
Quartermaster: Terrace of Light, Shattrath (Draenei near a Naaru)

LOWER CITY
Where you get it: Auchenai Crypts and Sethekk Halls to Honored, Shadow Labyrinth after Honored.
What it gets you: Heroic Auchindoun key at Revered
Quartermaster: Lower City, Shattrath (SE corner)

THRALLMAR
Where you get it: Ramparts and Blood Furnace to Honored, HFP PvP turn-ins to halfway through Honored, Shattered Halls after Honored.
What it gets you: Heroic Hellfire Citadel key at Revered
Quartermaster: Thrallmar, Hellfire Peninsula (by the domed building)

KEEPERS OF TIME
Where to get it: Caverns of Time instances.
What it gets you: Heroic Caverns of Time key at Revered
Quartermaster: Caverns of Time, Tanaris (in the tunnel that leads outside, a female orc standing outside the building with the food vendor)

Other BC Factions

SCRYER/ALDOR
Where to get it: Repeatable turn-ins: Fel Armament/Mark of Sargeras/Mark of Kil'jaeden (Aldor); Arcane Tome/Sunfury Signet/Firewing Signet (Scryer).
What it gets you: Shoulder enchant items at Honored and Exalted, access to faction towns in Shadowmoon Valley at Friendly.
Quartermaster: Aldor Rise/Scryer's Tier, Shattrath.

MAG'HAR
Where to get it: Nagrand quests, ogres and murkbloods in Nagrand, repeatable turn-ins.
What it gets you: Talbuk mount at Exalted
Quartermaster: Garadar, Nagrand (by the pond, next to a talbuk)

CONSORTIUM
Where to get it: Mana Tombs to Honored, Netherstorm quests and repeatable turn-ins after Honored.
What it gets you: Various recipes/items
Quartermaster: Stormspire, Netherstorm

SPOREGGAR
Where to get it: quests, repeatable turn-ins.
What it gets you: Various recipes/items
Quartermaster: Sporeggar, Zangarmarsh

THE VIOLET EYE
Where to get it: Karazhan quests/mobs
What it gets you: Various recipes/items
Quartermaster: Karazhan, Deadwind Pass (outside the instance)

SCALE OF THE SANDS
Where to get it: Mount Hyjal attunement quests, presumably Mount Hyjal mobs.
What it gets you: Access to Mount Hyjal at Friendly (in addition to the other attunement requirements).
Quartermaster: Caverns of Time, Tanaris (blood elf in the main cave)

NETHERWING
Where to get it: Shadowmoon Valley quest chain starting with "Kindness"
What it gets you: Nether Drake Mount
Quartermaster: Drake Dealer Hurlunk at Dragonmaw Base Camp in Shadowmoon Valley

ASHTONGUE DEATHSWORN
Where to get it: Shadowmoon Valley quest chain involving Akama and gaining rep in Black Temple
What it gets you: Shadow Resist gear for Tailoring, BS, LW and trinkets at Exalted
Quartermaster: Okuno in Black Temple
